What are the children's right?
Article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, adopted in 1948, states that: Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers.

What is freedom of expression?
Freedom of expression is right to express one's ideas and opinions freely through speech, writing, and other forms of communication but without deliberately causing harm to others' character and/or reputation by false or misleading statements.

What are the issues of freedom of expression?
Many countries and organizations place limits on freedom of expression. These limitations can be a way of controlling people. Restricting voting rights, censoring speech and art and outlawing specific religious and political groups are some of the tools governments have used to control public opposition.

Children sometimes also have issues in having their right to have freedom of expression to be fullfilled. Like having their parents not allowing them to talk, draw, sing, or other ways to express themselves. Parents are not the only one who is taking the role in prohibiting children to express themselves, teachers sometimes too can be prohibiting children to express what they feel or think.

What are the possible solutions to these issues?

As of right now a solution would involve a government to know what the people would want to be changed with their censorship policies.  This would involve much time and work for a nation to change their restrictions on what people can and can't say.
